From the time she was a little girl, Corinne dreamed of being an interior designer. Her version of Saturday morning cartoons was TLC’s Trading Spaces followed by a redesign of her bedroom. Her family could tell you that at the age of 4, Corinne was hanging color-coordinated candy wrappers on her bedroom walls and utilized every ounce of her body weight to inch a twin size bed across her room.

Throughout her childhood and adolescence, Corinne continued to seek opportunities to develop her design and organization skills with the ultimate goal of hosting her very own design show one day. With that goal in mind, Corinne pursued broadcast journalism from 6th grade continually until she graduated with her BA in Broadcast Journalism 10 years later.

After gaining some experience in the news industry and starting a family of her own, Corinne began channeling her efforts into a home and fashion blog. She quickly gained a loyal following and established herself as a fashion, home, & lifestyle curator.

From there, Corinne launched her own marketing, branding, and consulting business while operating as a CMO at a development and marketing firm. She put her design dreams on hold until she was approached by a client with an opportunity to make her lifelong dream a reality… And so it began.

Today, Corinne and her 7 year old daughter, Vera Rae, live in Wake Forest, North Carolina, in what Vera likes to call "The Girl House." Built from scratch and designed with love, it's their most happy place.
