WHAT CAN I EXPECT FOR THE INITIAL CONSULTATION?

I will meet in your home where we first sit and talk about your needs as well as the style and function of your space. From there, we will walk through your home at which point you have the opportunity to ask me absolutely any questions regarding the design, furniture placement, or organization of your space. Throughout the consultation, clients are welcomed and encouraged to ask questions and take notes. I will vocalize my honest feedback and will freely share my ideas on how we can establish order, elevate style, and create space. From there, we will determine a plan of action and scope of project.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE CONSULTATION?

Please don't feel the need to clean up for our initial consultation! It helps me to see your home in its ‘natural state’ in order to understand how you normally live.

Some clients like to have paint, material, art, and/or flooring samples ready for me to review. I will also come with a measuring tape, basic tools, and my paint decks ready!

CAN I CONDENSE THE CONSULTATION?

The initial consultation is offered as a flat rate fee of $300 and is scheduled in 3 hour time blocks. While I can certainly accommodate a shorter consultation window, the fee will remain the same. HOW LONG IS EACH ORGANIZING SESSION?

Each organization session is typically 7-8 hours long (10am-5:30pm) but varies greatly with every client and project. The scope and schedule of your project will be built around your schedule. Design appointments vary by project.

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT FOR THE WORK APPOINTMENTS?

No! After the initial consultation, I will have enough information to get started on your project.

WILL YOU MAKE ME THROW THINGS AWAY?

My personal philosophy and the foundation of my business is based on principles of minimalism and simplicity. While in practice, this approach looks different for everyone, I always encourage my clients to streamline and simplify their belongings. Throughout the project, I will make recommendations but ultimately the choice is yours to keep, discard, or donate.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Yes please! I offer monthly and quarterly “refresh” services for my clients who want to stay current and keep things in line!
